For after-hours dental emergencies, send a WhatsApp message and our on-call team will respond as soon as possible.

Appointments

  • Book a new appointment online from the home page or via WhatsApp.
  • To reschedule or cancel, message us at least 2 hours before your slot.
  • Walk-ins are welcome — please check in at reception on arrival.
  • If you can't make it, let us know so we can offer your slot to another patient.

Billing & payments

  • We accept cash, Mada, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer.
  • Installment plans are available for eligible treatments — ask reception for details.
  • For invoice copies or payment questions, contact us by WhatsApp with your full name and visit date.

Account & login

  • Patients sign in with their registered mobile number and a one-time code (OTP).
  • If you don't receive your code, check that your number matches the one on file at reception.
  • To update your phone number, email, or personal details, please ask reception during your next visit.

Medical records

You can request a copy of your dental records, X-rays, or treatment summary. Submit your request by WhatsApp or email with your full name and ID. We will prepare it within 1–3 business days, in line with Saudi health regulations.

Feedback & complaints

Your feedback helps us improve. Share suggestions or concerns directly with our reception team, or send them privately to clinicsupport@alphadentalcare.co. Every message is reviewed by clinic management.
